3. AI-Generated Content

Videos and scripts generated by UGC Studio are based on your inputs. You retain full ownership of the content you create using our platform. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@ugcstudio.com. Data will be deleted within 30 days of the request.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data
• Laozhang AI — video generation. Used to process your video generation requests
• Vercel — hosting and deployment infrastructure

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel with enterprise-grade security.

8. Children's Privacy

UGC Studio is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Your Rights
